Graphology can help you in connect with your child

Children's lives are influenced by their family and school environments. Their lives are one of learning and change and also of strong emotions. They are less able to express their emotions than adults. Let’s See how understand our children.

Every parent wants the best for their children but as they grow and change it can be hard to know the right approach to take in guiding them along the right path.

If children have a difficult family or school life, with little chance of leaving to go anywhere else and little objectivity to understand their situation, it can be very difficult for them to deal with their emotions.

Societies change and evolve very quickly nowadays particularly since the explosion of the internet and the global economy. This brings added pressures and complications for both parents and young people, who are often vulnerable to the influences of current trends and fashions and by the need for approval from their peers.

In what can be a ruthlessly competitive world, however, uppermost in the parent’s mind is likely to be ensuring that their child has the education, skills and qualifications that will equip them to survive and succeed in the working world.

The key to providing constructive and effective support to a young person is to understand their strengths and weaknesses, their talents and their personality.

So often parents push their children to work harder at school, having in mind some idea of the eventual career they hope the child will follow without understanding the child’s abilities, and then find them dealing with an uncooperative and moody youngster without knowing why.

However, there is a very effective tool that can be used for understanding your child and this is based on an analysis of their handwriting, also known as graphology.

Handwriting is integrated with a person’s subconscious mind and therefore can reveal all kinds of hidden aspects of their talents and personality that they are not aware of consciously.

A children handwriting analysis will give you information about the child’s level of confidence, their fears and apprehensions, their level of need for security and their level of self esteem. Graphology can help to understand and to gain an insight into what the child is experiencing.

It can show their hidden talents and potential for success, their intellect and thinking style and if there are undesirable traits or they have not being performing as well academically as the parent expected, the reasons for this and probable causes for failure.

Armed with a handwriting analysis report a parent will be in a good position to seek further help from an expert grapho therapist to work with their child to improve on those areas that may have been highlighted, by helping them to change their handwriting style during a course of therapy.

The grapho therapist will prepare a series of exercises to work on with the child, who can then practise the different strokes that have been identified to help correct any problems that have been revealed.

Helping the child to alter the way they write will begin the process of altering or making an impact on their subconscious mind. It requires some time and effort to make this impact, but it is a technique that has been proven to work.

Handwriting Analysis and Graphotherapy Can Reduce Recruitment Costs

Recruitment is critical job; HR needs to find the best resource that proves as an asset to company and other colleagues. HR rounds includes many personality quiz, here introduces how handwriting analysis can help recruiters to select the best.

The analysis of handwriting is cost effective, confidential and simple tool to help companies recruit the right staff.

Recruitment can be a lengthy and expensive business so anything that can help in the early stages of selecting the right people to interview will prove cost effective.
It will both save on the time the process takes and help to avoid costly mistakes in choosing someone who later turns out to be not quite right for the role.

Any candidate for a position is likely to have done their best to present themselves in the best possible light.  There is plenty of information and coaching available to teach people how to construct the most impressive resume, how to dress appropriately and how to prepare for and handle the interview.

However, the one thing people cannot generally manipulate is their handwriting and this can reveal a lot that may be hidden behind perfect presentation and interview performance.

An experienced graphologist can spot potential problems by analysing a sample of the candidate’s handwriting and then alert the company’s HR department on issues to look out for, even if the company considers that the candidate is in many ways potentially among the best.

The analysis may also pinpoint strengths or traits in candidates that can potentially be developed but that the person themselves may not be aware of.

The handwriting analysis may give pointers and clues on questions and the construction of the interview that will draw out the weaknesses and perhaps hidden strengths picked up by the assessment.

However, not many people are aware that handwriting, and therefore personality, can be changed. It is possible to train people to change the negative features of their handwriting in a way that has a positive impact on their character.

An expert graphotherapist can provide group courses or individual coaching to help a company to minimise employee faults or to develop their latent talents and skills to the company’s advantage. Graphotherapy means changing your life through your handwriting. This therapy helps in making conscious changes in your handwriting in order to bring about positive subconscious changes within yourself.

Graphotherapy also consists handwriting therapy – sort of writing practises that allows to learn different strokes through repetitive exercise , practising continuously these exercises will trigger back to the subconscious mind resulting in overcoming the ‘old habits or traits’ inside you and creating you to ‘what you want to be’.
